Delivery Terms & Return Policy
International orders
International orders are shipped by UPS or GLS or by finnish mail (Posti).
The shipping cost will be shown during the checkout process. We will do our best to pack and ship your order during the same day, if you order on a business day, before 12 pm Finnish time (GMT+02:00).
Estimated shipping time (customs clearance, if applicable, not included):
Nordic countries: 1-4 working days
Europe: 2-8 working days
The rest of the world: 4-10 working days

Domestic orders are shipped by finnish mail (Posti) or Matkahuolto.

Return policy
It's ok to change your mind!
You may return the unused item in its original packaging within 14 days. You may change the product or receive a refund. A refund of the merchandise and shipping to you will be given, however, shipping and handling back to us will not be refunded, unless the merchandise is defective. Refunds will be issued by the same method of payment as the original payment.
